How it works
1. Consultation
We will meet with you, ideally in the space you are interested in renovating, to discuss the plans ahead. Our team will identify as many details of your vision as possible, but is also ready to recommend next steps based on the latest trends.
2. Planning
Using the consultation as an input, our team will research the rest of the details, including availability of sub-contractors and materials. This will translate into a design, project plan, and budget that we will discuss with you in detail.
3. Execution
With a finalized plan, we will start work according to it. Our team operates with ultimate transparency, so you will have clarity into the progress and potential roadblocks we encounter. Every job ends with a final inspection by you as well as by us.

Chicagoland Inspections is founded by Dave Toepper, who is a seasoned professional in the home building & inspection industry.
Dave has developed entire subdivisions as a General Contractor, winning dozens of awards for great home design, landscaping, quality, and all around value. In Dave’s career, he also also led the Code Enforcement & Building Department for a local municipality, and he deepened his knowledge of inspection requirements & quality standards as a result.
