Meet our Founder
Chicagoland Inspections is founded by Dave Toepper, who is a seasoned professional in the home building & inspection industry.
Dave has developed entire subdivisions as a General Contractor, winning dozens of awards for great home design, landscaping, quality, and all around value. When the market slowed, Dave also began to lead the Code Enforcement & Building Department for a local municipality, and he deepened his knowledge of inspection requirements & quality standards as a result.
Today, Dave is proud to be founder of Chicagoland Inspections, offering a suite of services for every stage of homeownership.
